15-Day Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Returns will be accepted only after the product passes our Quality Check.
• Items that are damaged, worn, or without original packaging will not be eligible for return.

For Registered Users – How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account on www.shreesaifashions.com.
2. Go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Orders’.
3. Choose the order you wish to return and click on the ‘Return’ button next to the item.
4. Fill in the required details and click on ‘Confirm Return’.
5. You will receive an email with your Return Reference Number (RMA).
6. Our team will schedule a pickup through our courier partner.
7. Once the item is received and passes our Quality Check, your refund or exchange will be processed.

You can track your return status under the ‘Return Requests’ tab in your account.
